On your computer

PXA and PXA Control run on your computer. Your prompts, chats, model files and Control's history of your cards and servers stay there. We do not receive them.

When PXA Control goes online

  • Update checks. When Control opens and when you press Update, it asks our update server for the newest build for your channel and your cards.
  • Store and coins. When you open the store, unlock something or download it, Control signs in to our store with a key it made on your computer.
  • Benchmark board. Only when you press Submit: the result and the name you type.
  • Problem reports. Only when you press Send, after you have read the report: versions, your cards, the server settings and its recent log lines.

Donations, coins and the store

Donations go through Ko-fi, under Ko-fi's own privacy policy. For each donation Ko-fi sends us a transaction id, the amount, the currency, the time and the email on the donation. We keep that email with the coin code the donation brought, so we can send you the code and send it again if you lose it.

For your store account we keep your coin history, what you unlocked, the computers you linked (the public half of each computer's key, and a name you can see) and download records. Where we log network addresses to stop abuse, we keep a one-way hash, not the address.

Discord, Hugging Face and encode keys

  • If you link Discord, we keep your Discord user id and name so we can give you supporter roles and coins there. Our Discord bot does not store message content, except posts in the feature-request forum, which we keep to track requests.
  • If you link a Hugging Face username, we keep it to give you access to supporter files.
  • For a PXQN encode key we keep its owner, what was encoded, a one-way fingerprint of each computer that uses it, and the coarse network it is used from (the first three parts of an IPv4 address), so keys stay personal.

We set no cookies and run no analytics, trackers or third-party fonts. Cloudflare serves the site: it processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site and may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Cloudflare keeps its own logs under its own privacy policy.

Questions and removal

Ask in #support on Discord to see what we keep for your account, or to have it removed. The coin history is append-only and is kept for audit.
