Terms

The software

PXA, PXA Control and the PXQ files are free. PXA is open source under the MIT licence and comes as is, without warranty of any kind; the Licences page has the details.

Anibal and Hive Lite are not open source and the MIT licence does not cover them. You may install them on your own computers and use them, and what you make with them is yours. Do not share their files with others or take them apart, except where the law allows it.

Your models, your use

You choose the models you run and what you do with them. Follow each model's own licence and the law where you are.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and go through Ko-fi. Nobody has to donate to use PXA. A donation is a gift to the project. If Ko-fi reverses a donation, the coins it brought are taken back.

Donations are not refunded, except a donation made by mistake (a duplicate or a wrong amount) or one you did not make: ask in #support on Discord within 14 days and we refund it through Ko-fi. A refund takes back the coins it brought and what they unlocked.

Coins

Coins are our thank-you for donations. They unlock plugins and supporter extras, such as your own PXQN encodes, in the PXA store. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. You can gift coins to another wallet from PXA Control or on Discord.

Supporter extras

What you unlock is for your own use, on the computers your account allows. Encode keys are personal: a key used from many places can be stopped.

Betas

Beta builds are previews for Valued Supporters. They can break, so keep the stable channel for work that matters.

Fair play

Do not attack our services, share store files or keys with others, or submit made-up results to the benchmark board. We may close accounts that do.

Names

PXA, PXA Control, PXQ, PXQN, Anibal and Hive Lite are our names. The MIT licence covers the code, not the names: if you share a changed build, give it a name of your own. Other names on this site belong to their owners.

Liability

PXA, PXA Control, Anibal, Hive Lite, the store and this site come as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using them, such as lost data, lost work or harm to your hardware. Running large models works your cards hard, and settings that push them further are your choice. Nothing here takes away rights the law where you live gives you.

Changes and contact

We change these terms on this page; the date at the top shows the last change. Questions go to #support on Discord.
